| I have always
been a fan of my Dad. I started this site as a student project when I was
learning to become a webmaster at NYU. People had asked if I was going to
continue with it. You only get one Dad and this one is mine (and my sister
Christine's too!)so yes, I am going to continue the site. |
| I shall be
updating the site with my Dad's rather excellant and strangly dark poems.
More short stories and as I peer into his computer, whatever else I might
find of interest to fans of John M. Morton. |
| I took the
portrait of my Dad in the summer of 04. He didn't like it because he felt
it showed too many lines, wrinkles and sags. When I was having it framed,
another customer in the store remarked on it. I told her of my Dad's vain
misgivings and she said, "I'll bet he earned every line and wrinkle."
I believe he did. |
| I
hope you enjoy the site. |
| Sincerely, |
 |
| John D. Morton |
